Cream Cheese Mints are a quick & easy food gift. With only 4 ingredients, these babies are easy to make and are the perfect 'after dinner mint' (According to Betty Crocker).
The dough is soft enough to pipe into little star-shaped pastels, or you can roll it and shape it however you like. (It's the perfect recipe for candy molds, if you have those.)

Cream Cheese Mints
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ to 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- food coloring of your choice
Directions
- In a stand mixer, or a bowl using a hand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese and sugar. Mix on low until blended. Increase speed and mix until well combined.
- Add extract and mix.
- Place into a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Allow them all to stand for an hour to stiffen up.
- Place in the freezer to harden.
Notes
You can also place the mixture into a ziploc bag and cut of the corner to squeeze out onto wax paper. Store in an air tight container.
